1. What are my payment options?
We currently accept secure Visa/Mastercard and Bank/Debit cards with Visa/Mastercard
logo.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE WOLRDWIDE. Yes we ship to APO/FPO Addresses and Yes
shipping is still FREE!!!
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive
Average delivery time is 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri).
4. Do you provide tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking numbers.Tracking number
will be provided in 3-5 business days after receiving your order.
5. Do you accept returns?
All SALES ARE FINAL unless an error is made on our part. Please refer
to our return policy for more details.
6. Are the items on your site Authentic?
All items on our site are factory variants, however they are made of Authentic
quality. We are sure that you will be pleased with the items once you receive
them.
7. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on bulk orders and we are unable to sell wholesale.
8. I did not receive order confirmation from you.
Please check your junk/spam email box,many internet providers may mark our
emails as spam. Please make sure you provide us with your correct email address.
9. Is your site secure?
Yes, we use industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption to protect our customer's
sensitive data.
10. How do you combat against fraud?
At FreshWhites.com we implement the highest level in fraud deterrent
system. We verify that the billing address you enter during the checkout
process matches what is on file with your credit company. We also verify
the last 3 digits on the back of the card for extra security.
11. Do you have women or kid sizes?
All sizes listed on FreshWhites.com are in Men's US sizes unless noted otherwise.
12. Do You Carry Sizes Greater then 13 or
Smaller then 8?
We mainly carry sizes 8-13 in US Men's as listed on our site. If the size
you are looking for is not listed on our site, then unfortunately we are
unable to get that size.
13. What If I Don't Receive My Order Within the Promised Time Period?
PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to rip anyone off. Our customers are our #1
PRIORITY. Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days and don't usually
take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that your shipping
may experience a slight delay during major holidays. If you have not received
your item within 15 business days please make sure to send us an email so that
we can resolve the issue immediately.
14. Can You Ship My Package to a Different Address Other Then My Billing
Address?
Unfortunately, we can only ship to your billing address due to security reasons.
If you enter a shipping address different then your billing address during our
checkout process, your credit card will immediately decline and your order will
not be sucessfully processed. Please send us an email if you have further concerns
regarding this matter.
